Undergraduate Degrees

  • Two modules of craft-based learning for a total of 8 weeks of practical education
  • 1 or 2 professional internships
  • General education for communications, IT and language skills development.

Hospitality Management

The Associate Degree in Hospitality Administration, a two year program, offers an overview of hospitality operations, business administration and general education.

The Bachelor Degree, an additional year and internship for a 3.5 year degree, further develops business management skills with a variety of specialization tracks:

Post Graduate Degrees

The Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management programs are designed for mature students or career-changers without significant hospitality experience.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Event, Sport and Entertainment Administration or Higher Diploma in Event, Sport and Entertainment Management programs are designed for mature students or career-changers without significant experience in the area of event, sport and entertainment management.

Each Post Graduate Program Includes:

  • One year of courses: Six months devoted to supervision over operational departments and planning. Six months devoted to management techniques.
  • 6 months of professional internship
  • The Higher Diplomas add 6 months of higher-level management courses.

MBA in Hospitality & Service Industries Management  – The one year MBA program examines contemporary challenges of today’s global environment to develop managerial skills and effective leadership within hospitality and service industries. This program requires a dissertation and has two specializations: Leadership or Marketing.

Glion Online MBA in Hospitality & Service Industries Management – Perfect for working professionals, this degree delivers the quality and scope of the traditional MBA entirely Online.

Master of Education in Hospitality Organizational Training and Management – Designed for the future educators and trainers of hospitality organizations and educational establishments, this program’s curriculum develops teaching methods and strategies for measuring and improving performance in organizations.
